The Colorado Conservation Tillage Association will host the 38th Annual High Plains No-Till Conference in Burlington, Colorado, on Feb. 3-4, 2026. Keynote speakers for the event include John Kempf, Erin Martin, and Don Day Jr.

Founder of Advancing Eco Agriculture and the host of the Regenerative Agriculture Podcast, Kempf is known for developing crop nutrition management systems that increase yields and profitability while reducing inputs. He has taught growers around the world the principles and practices of regenerative agriculture systems for over 15 years and aims to make regenerative agriculture mainstream by 2040. Kempf will provide both the opening address at the conference and a full-day intensive workshop on Feb. 2.

Joining Kempf in the speaker lineup is Martin, a certified Regenerative Soil Advocate and President of the Tulsa Urban Ag Coalition. Martin integrates soil health and nutrition through her work with Oklahoma’s FreshRx program, a nonprofit food prescription program designed to support individuals with chronic disease. Her efforts focus on promoting food as medicine and exploring the connection between nutrition and regenerative agriculture.

Don Day Jr., President and Chief Meteorologist of Day Weather, Inc., also returns to the conference in 2026 to present the afternoon keynote on Feb. 3. He will share long-range and seasonal forecasts tailored to High Plains producers, drawing on more than 25 years of experience serving the region.

In addition to keynote presentations, the two-day conference will feature more than 40 breakout sessions presented by producers and industry experts on topics such as ag technology, composting, grazing, markets, soil health testing, research projects, and more.

A trade show, outdoor equipment display, Beer & Bull Social, and FFA Day will also take place at the event.
