Topsoil moisture supplies rated 13% very short, 26% short, 59% adequate, and 2% surplus. Subsoil moisture supplies rated 14% very short, 26% short, 58% adequate, and 2% surplus. 

Field Crops Report: Winter wheat condition rated 3% very poor, 7% poor, 29% fair, 50% good, and 11% excellent. Winter wheat emerged was 89%, near 91% last year and 90% for the five-year average. 

Soybeans harvested was 92%, behind 97% last year, and near 94% average. 

Sorghum harvested was 91%, near 94% last year and 90% average. 

Cotton condition rated 2% very poor, 6% poor, 38% fair, 50% good, and 4% excellent. Cotton harvested was 47%, near 50% last year, and equal to average. 

Sunflowers harvested was 93%, near 94% last year, but ahead of 88% average.
