NOTICE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Adjustment and Appeals Board of the City of Lamar has scheduled a Public Hearing, AA-2025-08, regarding a variance for the consideration of adding a sizable bedroom onto the primary residence that will be three (3) feet from the side lot line on the North side of the residence. The South 97 FT of Lot 6, Block 2, Resubdivision of Parkview Subdivision, to the City of Lamar also known as 1306 Parkview Avenue, Lamar, Colorado, Prowers County.
That on February 25, 2026 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter, as the matter may come to a hearing in the Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of the City Complex, at 102 East Parmenter Street, Lamar, CO 81052; the Adjustment and Appeals Board will hold a Public Hearing for the consideration of allowing the addition to the home.
A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the Building Department’s Office, 102 E Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052. Petitions or remonstrances may be filed until 4:00 P.M. on February 24, 2026 at the City of Lamar Building Department Office, 102 E. Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052.
