PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Lamar scheduled a Public Hearing for A Transfer of Ownership/Fermented Malt Beverage & Wine Retail Liquor License (Prowers County Market, Inc) located at 906 E. Olive St, this is the Southeast section of Olive Street and Division Street.
That on March 23, 2026 at the hour of 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on for hearings in the Council Chambers, 102 East Parmenter Street, Lamar, CO 81052; the Lamar City Council will hold a Public Hearing for the requested Transfer of Ownership/Fermented Malt Beverage & Wine Retail Liquor License. A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the City Clerk’s Office, 102 E Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052. Petitions or Remonstrances may be filed until 5:00 P.M. Monday, March 23, 2026 at the City Clerk’s Office, 102 E. Parmenter St., Lamar, CO 81052.
