RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING-OCTOBER 6, 2021

The Kiowa County Hospital District and County Board met in special session on October 6, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at Cobblestone Inn Meeting Room.

District Board members present were: Mary Eikner, Sylvia Shields, Craig Kerfoot and Ken Flory.

Absent: Meghan Buck ( called).

County Board members present were: Kevin Davis, Karl Eikenberg, Claire Prince and Pam Cole.

Others present: Martha, Janelle, and Ruth all of Pathway Designs.

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by Craig Kerfoot, Chairman of the Board at 6:30 pm.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

A motion was made by Ken Flory to go into executive session for purposes of negotiations pursuant to and as permitted by CRS 24-6-402(4)(e). Sylvia Shields seconded the motion. All aye.

Executive session convened at 6:35 pm and was returned to regular session at 8:02 pm.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 pm.
