Wednesday, May 1, 2019, Deputies contacted Derrick Marcus Jr. Deputies confirmed Marcus Jr. had warrant for Failure to Appear and was taken into custody. Marcus was transported to the Bent County Jail and was held on a $1000 bond.

Wednesday, May 1, 2019, Deputies contacted Gary Davis. Upon further investigation, Deputies arrested Davis for of Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 42-4-1301(1)(a) Drove Motor Vehicle while Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, 42-4-1101(1) Speeding 80 in a posted 65, 42-4-236(2)(a)(II) Child Restraint Systems Required, 42-2-101(5) Drove Vehicle Without Valid Drivers license and 18-6-401 Child Abuse. Davis was transported to the Bent County Jail and was held on a $1000 cash bond.

Thursday, May 2, 2019, Deputies assisted Colorado Department of Corrections Parole Officer in searching Lori Turner’s residence.  Upon Further investigation, Turner was arrested for Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 18-18-403.5 Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, and 18-18-428 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Turner was held on a Parole Hold in the Bent County Jail.

Friday, May 3, 2019, Deputies contacted Shania Lane. Deputies confirmed Lane had a warrant for her arrest and was taken into custody. Lane was transported to the Bent County Jail and held on a no bond warrant.

Wednesday, May 8, 2019, Deputies contacted Troy Smith Jr. Upon further investigation, Smith was summoned for Third Degree Assault in violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 18-3-204(1)(a).

Sunday, May 12, 2019, Deputies contacted Craig Bronson. Upon further investigation, Bronson was arrested for Violation of a Protection Order in violation of Colorado Revised Statues 18-6-803.5(1). Bronson was taken to the Bent County Jail and held on a $1,000 bond.

Monday, May 13, 2019, Deputies contacted Joshua Bogue. Upon further investigation, Bogue was arrested for Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 18-3-206 Menacing, 18-6-401 Child Abuse, 18-8-103 Resisting Arrest, 18-2-101 Criminal Attempt, 18-6-801.6 Domestic Violence, 18-6-803.5 Violation of a Protection Order, 18-3-203 Assault in the Second Degree on a Peace Officer, and 18-3-204 Assault in the Third Degree. Bogue was taken to the Bent County Jail with no Bond.

Tuesday, May 21, 2019, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 76 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone. Upon further investigation, deputies discovered the driver, Tyler Harris, had a Warrant for his arrest. Harris was taken into custody and transported to the Prowers County Jail with a $100 bond warrant.

Friday, May 24, 2019, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 100 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone. Deputies issued the driver, Irene Kieweg, a summons in violation of Colorado Revised Statues 42-4-1101(1).
