Keeping your mind alert and your body energized allows you to stay focused and safe while on the road for long periods. Prepare boredom busters

Boredom leads to distraction. Distraction leads to mistakes behind the wheel. Keep your mind from wandering by finding ways to keep yourself occupied while on the road. Finding something interesting or entertaining to listen to is a great way to fight boredom while driving. Pack your favorite CDs or audiobooks, or use the time to catch up on your favorite podcast.
