Town of Cheyenne Wells Special Meeting Cheyenne County Commissioner Meeting April 20, 2026

Council Present: Carleton Pelton, Rex Hyle, and Zach Anderson. 

Staff Present: Rex Hyle Town Manager and Debbie Knudsen Town Clerk Administrator

  • Some of the Town Council and Staff attended the Commissioner's meeting to discuss the TAP Grant and County's property within the grant. The Commissioner's will be at the walk through on May 18th at 2pm. 
  • The Council also discussed the splash park and need for donations. At this time the Commissioners will do in-kind work and potentially have funds at the end of the year depending on what is available in their budget.
