Embarrassing Moments.  Defined by Me as something impossible to anticipate, rendering the chances for me to "head it off at the pass" out of the question, therefore me having to live with the consequences an irrefutable fact.

A very Happy Mother's Day to all moms this past Sunday!!  What would we do without MOMS?

JoAnn and Tammy Harris met Trista Pryor and family in Lamar on Saturday and watched Hunter play soccer.  Afterwards, they went out to eat and celebrate Trista's birthday and Mothers Day.  Happy Birthday Trista.

We are glad to hear that Marlin Stum is out of the hospital and feeling much better.

Mother's Day is this Sunday, May 8.  It is early this year so do remember those phone calls, or cards or candy, or flowers, or what ever is your tradition, sons and daughters.

Our communities would like to extend their condolences to J.D. Wilson and family on the loss of his brother, Winifred Wilson and to Nadine (Smotherman) Hays and family on the loss of her husband Ray Hays.

How about the rain and snow we received on Friday?  I've heard  reports of 1.2 inches up to 1.6 inches of good moisture.   April showers  bring May flowers!!

We would like to welcome Jim and MaryAnn Richardson back from Arizona, where they spent the winter months.
