- The 10-unit senior citizen housing complex, “Unity Village,” was completed March 31 and awaiting final inspection. Target date for new residents is May 1.
- From the Sheriff’s Desk- Floyd Griswould: The last two weeks were very quiet. We assisted the Colorado State Patrol with a stolen truck. Turns out, a man got in a bind for money, sold to a salvage yard but reported it as stolen rather than sold. However, the insurance company did report it as stolen. The salvage yard painted it, sold to a dealer and the dealer sold it to a man who thought it was a good investment. In the meantime, we will hold the truck for the proper authority.
