NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Kiowa County Board of Health hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be held at 10:00AM, May 14, 2026, in the Board of County Commissioners Boardroom, 1305 N Goff St, Eads, Colorado, concerning required updates to Regulation 43 pertaining to Onsite Wastewater Treatment Regulations.

Additional information on the project is available for review at the Public Health Department Office, 1309 Maine St, Eads, Colorado.
