Notice of Intent to Destroy Confidential Records

Student’s special education records will be destroyed according to Colorado State Archives Guidelines five years after the student moves to another school district, graduates or otherwise stops receiving special education services from Southeastern BOCES. Students with a birthday in 1990-1995

The parent/guardian or student may obtain a copy of the records at the following address. You will have until October 30, 2018. Mailing of records will cost $7.00. Photo identification will be required:
