Corporal Murdock And Deputy Negley were called to the Post Office on a report of an open door on a holiday.
2:14 PM Agency Assist Towner, CO
Corporal Murdock and Deputy Negley were called to Assist Prowers County Sheriff's Office with a report of a stolen car trailer.
6:45PM Out of County warrant Eads, CO Corporal Murdock and Deputy Negley responded to 400 block of East 15th Street for an attempt to locate. Murdock and Negley took Seton Wollert into custody and transported to Prowers County Jail on a Prowers County Warrant.
Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

11:34 AM Out of County warrant Eads, CO
Deputy Marlow, Deputy Wilms, Deputy Negley and Corporal Murdock responded to the 1300 block of Hickman to attempt to locate Justin Orozco for a felony arrest warrant. Deputies took one male party into custody and transported to Prowers County Jail for his felony warrant and issued a summons for Resisting Arrest.
Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Corporal Murdock and Deputy Negley stopped at Love's Truck stop and were made aware of a possible domestic disturbance.

Deputy Negley and Deputy Wilms responded to the Kiowa County Sheriff’s Office and were notified of an internet fraud case. Investigation ongoing.

Deputy Marlow and Deputy Wilms responded to Highway 287-mile marker 116 for traffic being backed up.
5:21 PM Abandoned Vehicle Brandon, CO
Corporal Murdock and Deputy Negley saw a vehicle on the side of the road while patrolling. No one was in or around the vehicle. Murdock and Negley red tagged for 72 hr tow.

Deputy Marlow and Deputy Wilms respond to Highway 287-mile marker 116 for a tractor trailer blocking traffic. Marlow and Wilms helped direct traffic until the road was cleared.
12:13 PM Careless Driving Highway 287- North
Deputy Marlow and Deputy Wilms made a traffic stop for a semi driving through a roadblock almost hitting a patrol vehicle and CDOT personnel. Deputies issued Harold Vaughn a citation for Careless Driving. Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Deputy Marlow and Deputy Wilms were called out to the 40,000 block of Prairie Place for reports of Trespassing.

Corporal Murdock and Deputy Negley were called to the 12000 block of 1st street in Brandon for a Welfare Check. Deputies investigated and took Zachary Denny into custody and cited him with domestic violence and 3^rd degree assault. Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Corporal Murdock and Deputy Negley were called to a report of an unwanted party at a residence. Murdock and Negley let the homeowner know he would have to file through the court.
