NOTICE OF REZONING HEARING

Public notice is hereby given that the Town Council for the Town of Cheyenne Wells is considering Revoking Rezone Ordinance #285 165 East 3rd North from a Multi Family (R-2) Residential back to Residential.

The legal description of land is as follows:

Lot One (1), and the Northerly Fifteen feet (N.15') of Lot Two (2), in Block Nine (9), in the Town of Cheyenne Wells, in Cheyenne County, Colorado.

The Town Council will consider this on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 6 p.m. or shortly thereafter in the Council Chambers of the Cheyenne Wells City Complex, 151 South 1st, Cheyenne Wells, CO 80810.
