Lieutenant Governor Dianne Primavera Appoints Deni E. Eiring to the 16th Judicial District Court

Pursuant to her authority as acting Governor under the Colorado Constitution, Article IV, § 13, Lt. Governor Dianne Primavera appointed Deni E. Eiring to the 16th Judicial District Court. This judgeship was created by the retirement of the Honorable Mark A. MacDonnell. The vacancy is effective July 1, 2026. 

Ms. Eiring is a Cheyenne County Court Judge in the 15th Judicial District, a position she has held since 2022. Her docket consists of civil and criminal matters. Ms. Eiring is also a Magistrate in the 16th Judicial District and Attorney at Eiring Law, LLC, positions she has held since 2023 and 2022, respectively. Previously, she was a Deputy District Attorney in the 15th Judicial District Attorney’s Office (2016-2022) and Associate at Cure & Bain, P.C.(2013-2016). Ms. Eiring earned her B.S. from Oklahoma Christian University in 2006 and her J.D. from Charlotte School of Law in 2012
